• Forcible touching — A person is guilty of forcible touching if he or she touches the sexual or intimate parts of another person for no other reason than to degrade or abuse that person or to satisfy the defendant’s sexual desire. Forcible touching includes grabbing, squeezing and pinching another person’s intimate areas. Forcible touching is a class A misdemeanor, punishable up to one year in jail.
